Terms of Service

Who you are dealing with

CySuperStore is a marketplace of ten specialist shops — home, pet, beauty, tech, kitchen, fashion, fitness, auto, travel and gifts. All ten shops on this network are run by one operator, stock is held in our supplier partners' warehouses, and one checkout serves every shop. The shops are currently in a testing phase: the catalogue, prices and pages are being completed and may change.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe, and for what is ordered through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You may close your account by writing to support; closing it does not delete the order records we must keep, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Prices and availability

• Every price is computed by our own servers from the supplier's cost plus the shop's margin, in US dollars, and is shown before you pay. No price is ever taken from the browser.
• Availability comes from the supplier's own stock feed. It can change between the moment you add an item to the cart and the moment you pay, because the same stock is offered elsewhere.
• If an item turns out to be unavailable, mispriced or wrongly described, we cancel that part of the order and refund it in full rather than shipping something different.

Orders and payment

• An order is a request. It becomes binding when your payment is confirmed by our payment processor, and the confirmation appears on your order page.
• Card details are entered on the payment processor's own page. They never reach our servers, our logs or our staff.
• We never ask for a card number, an expiry date or a security code over the phone, by e-mail or in a message.
• Delivery and returns are governed by the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages.

Using the site fairly

Please do not scrape the catalogue at volume, attempt to place fraudulent orders, probe the checkout with stolen payment details, or copy the site's content and present it as your own shop. We may suspend an account that does these things, and we co-operate with payment processors when a payment is disputed.

Descriptions and images

Product photographs, descriptions and specifications come from the supplier that makes the item, and we publish them as we receive them rather than writing our own. Colours can look different on different screens, and a supplier can change a product's packaging without telling anyone. If what arrived does not match its page, tell us — that is a return and it is on us, not on you.

Our responsibility

We aim to keep the site running and the catalogue accurate, but we do not promise that every page will always be available or that a supplier will never make a mistake. Where a mistake happens, our job is to put it right: refund, replacement or correction. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law, and any term that would have to be adjusted to comply with the law is read as adjusted.

Changes

We will update these terms as the shops move out of the testing phase and will move the "last reviewed" date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies to your next order.
